Greenacres Camping was featured by The Guardian  in its "Insider's guide to chilling out near the festival sites".Guardian recommends Greenacres Camping

Glastonbury Festival director Emily Eavis recommends Greenacres Camping because the campsite is very close to Glastonbury Festival site, "with great views of Glastonbury Tor and the Mendips"

Thanks Emily, we think Greenacres is a fantastic stop-over for Glastonbury Festival too...

Since the Festival does not officially endorse off-site camping (understandable due to past problems with fly-by-night operators), we believe this makes Greenacres Camping the ONLY off-site camping facility to have been recognised and recommended.
